Our Deposit & Cancellation Policy at Revive

To reserve your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service, so it isn't an additional charge, it's simply a way of confirming your time on our schedule.

Our Policy

All appointments are held with a deposit. If you cancel within two business days of your scheduled appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

We understand that plans change, and we ask only that you give us as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule, so that we can offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Why We Require a Deposit

Appointment deposits help us keep our schedule running smoothly for every client. When an appointment is canceled last minute or missed entirely, that time slot often can't be filled on short notice, which affects both our providers and other clients hoping to book. A deposit policy encourages advance notice, so that our schedule stays fair and accessible for everyone.

How to Reschedule or Cancel

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, contact our office as early as possible. The more notice you're able to give, the easier it is for us to fill your time slot and for you to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Contact your location directly by phone to reschedule or cancel
  • Provide as much advance notice as you can, ideally more than two business days
  • Ask your provider or our front desk team if you have any questions about how the policy applies to your specific appointment

Deposit & Cancellation Policy Frequently Asked Questions

Is my deposit an extra fee on top of my treatment cost?

No. Your deposit is applied directly toward the cost of your service, so it reduces what you owe at your appointment rather than adding to it.

What counts as canceling within two business days?

If you cancel or reschedule less than two full business days before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable. Business days do not include weekends or holidays when our offices are closed.

What happens if I don't show up for my appointment at all?

A missed appointment without any cancellation notice is treated the same as a late cancellation, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I apply my deposit to a future appointment if I cancel in time?

Yes. If you cancel or reschedule with more than two business days' notice, your deposit can typically be applied toward your new appointment. Contact your location directly to make arrangements.

Why does Revive require a deposit at all?

Deposits help us maintain a fair, predictable schedule for every client, since last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to someone else on short notice.

Who should I contact if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please call your location directly as soon as you know you need to make a change. Our team can help you find a new time and answer any questions about how the policy applies.
